In Christianity the Holy Trinity consists of a father, a son and a holy ghost. There is no woman, or feminine principle in the Holy Trinity. So Trinity being named Trinity is a swipe at the sexism in this theology, as evidenced at the above lines between Neo and Trinity in the club. Hey, I'm only pointing it out.
